Erin is very thorough and professional. She knows her stuff inside and out. I’m very satisfied that she helped me with first time signing up for medicare plan. I would highly recommend her. I’m somewhat familiar with medicare from managing mom’s plan over the years, but I know I still wanted someone local to help answer questions and make sure I understood everything correctly. There are many brokers/agents but I wanted to find someone local in the area, Erin’s name popped up in my search. During our meeting in her office she was very thorough in explaining differences in medigap, original medicare and HMOs as well as plus and minus in different MA plans. I like the fact she didn’t push for any particular plan (Medigap or HMO’s) at all and gave me a lot material to review at home. You can’t go wrong with her assistance.
